We just took delivery of a brand new 2023 Stageline SL100, the fourth Stageline stage in our inventory. In the video above we unbox it to show you everything it includes straight from the factory.
At first impression, it’s packed extremely well. The plastic wrap is tight on the overall shell of the stage. This is going to ensure it has a long life, as it has been protected from the harsh winter and salty roads of the north. Now that it is at our location in Orlando, FL, we can open it up to show you everything inside.
All gear inside was packed properly to prevent damage to the accessories and floor. We were amazed at all the different additions and upgrades we received. It is truly a world class product.
The new Stageline SL100 has some key features that are different from previous year models (pre 2018)
- Higher weight rating for the roof fly bays. Now a combined weight rating of 1,500 lbs per side compared to 800 lbs per side
- PA extension bars allowing a simultaneous video wall / line array mount
- Upgraded leg pads from the rubber wood pads to rubber/metal pads
- 11,400 lbs total roof rigging capacity
- Custom underfloor storage for banner supports and other accessories
- Corner posts store in the roof instead of inside the trailer
- Floor rating at 150 lbs/sqft vs 100 lbs/sqft
- Four battery powered work lights (two in roof, two under floor)
- Electric start for the gas engine. Also includes an electric motor add-on
- Engine exhaust re-routed below toolbox instead of above
- More rigging points in the roof with higher weight ratings
- 8×4 extension decks have extra beams for additional support
- Banner supports are all metal on top vs using a rope
- New stage deck leg system for stand-alone setups without having to attach to the main stage
