Shawn Mullins & Cat Ridgeway Concert Stage Orlando
Shawn Mullins performed on our stage in downtown Orlando at Elixir on 11/7/20, at 9 W Washington St, Orlando, FL 32801. The event was in their back parking lot, and they opted for our Stageline SL100, 24 light package, left/right vertical banner package, and 8×8 drum riser. This event was a collaboration of Cat Ridgeway’s band and Shawn Mullins, who is famous for his song Lullaby back in 1998. We wrote a detailed blog post about this downtown Orlando stage rental.
ICON Park Orlando Eye Stage
Hola in the Park was put on by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando to celebrate Hispanic Culture. This event was located at 8375 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819 on 11/27/22 from 1pm to 7pm, right next to the Orlando Eye. Thanks to Luis for bringing us in on this event to support their audio and lighting production using our Stageline SL100 with the full banner kit.
Camping World Stadium Stage
We’ve had several stages at Camping World Stadium, formerly the Citrus Bowl. Fanfest 11/23/19 and Supr Festival 9/28/19.
Orlando Japan Festival Stage
This was our 3rd year providing our Stageline SL100 stage for the Orlando Japan Festival. We also brought in the sound and 20KW diesel trailer generator for this event. The event is held in Kissimmee each year.
Festival De Las Americas Orlando Stage Rental
On Sunday, September 16th, Rumba 100.3 and La Firma De Abogados Martinez Manglardi presented the Festival De Las Americas, a celebration of Latin culture and music. The event was located on Orange Ave right in front of the Dr Phillips Center. They opted for our Stageline SL100 mobile stage. Thanks to Jose at EPT for bringing us in this event. They provided the line array audio, lighting, and video wall. We have worked with EPT over the years on dozens of shows, and they are always a top notch production company to work with.
Le Diner en Blanc – Trotters Park Orlando Stage Rental
For this event on 11/26/22 we provided our Stageline SL100, 24 light package, and an 8×8 drum riser.
Caribe Royale Hotel Stage Rental
Here are three separate events we’ve provided our Stageline SL100 stages at the Caribe Royale hotel at 8101 World Center Dr, Orlando, FL 32821.
The CGA Conference and Expo 2023 was held from 4/17/23 to 4/21/23 at the Caribe Royale Hotel with title sponsor Ditch Witch. Also, during this time was the ELM Night of Networking Event. Our Stageline SL100 was setup for the first event, then torn down to go straight in for the next event the following day. With a quick setup and strike, these mobile stages are ideal for quick turn arounds. Thanks to Hothouse AV for subcontracting StageRental.com for our mobile stages for these two events!
North Star Fest 2024 was also held at the Caribe Royale Hotel on 5/7/24. They had an incredible turnout for this event. Oracle Audio Visual & Design brought us in on this event, and they knocked it out of the park with their audio and lighting production.
